One Love Festival’s tradition is to mix the very roots of Jamaican music with contemporary, popular reggae artists. One year it’s the Mighty Diamonds sharing the stage with Gentleman, the other - Alborosie occupying the line-up slot next to Pablo Moses. Alborosie, a “jamaicanised” Italian is back on the track with a fresh and successful album “2 Times Revolution”, featuring a number of hit songs and guest appearances by Junior Reid and Etana.

His show at One Love Sound Fest was commonly regarded as one of the most vivid. Even though it’s been years since the local dancehall operators spinned “Kingston Town” on the regular basis, the well-earned popularity of Alborosie persisted. Well done, Mister Alberto!
